How old do I have to be to rent a cycle with my friends?
Cycles may only be rented by persons over 18 years old. There should be at least one adult in your group of friends to be able to rent the cycle.
Do we have to pay any deposit or insurance when renting the cycle?
We have civil liability insurance, that is, it covers damage caused or caused by Rent a Bike material, but not personal injury or theft. You can request the insurance when you pick up the bike. The price is €8.
What happens if my bike is stolen?
The client, when renting the bicycle or any material, is responsible for it, so in case of theft, he must pay the price of the stolen material.
In any case, with the rental we include a high security lock, and we can give some recommendations, so that thieves do not spoil your ride.
