How old do I need to rent a tandem?
Tandems may only be rented by people over 18 years old. This does not mean that the two people on the tandem have to be adults, but an adult is required to rent the tandem. It is recommended that in the case of an adult and a child riding the bike, the adult should occupy the front seat.
When renting the bicycle, do we have to pay a deposit or insurance?
We have civil liability insurance, that is, it covers damage caused or caused by Rent a Bike material, but not personal injury or theft. You can request the insurance when you pick up the bike. The price is €8.
What happens if my bike is stolen?
The client, when renting the bicycle or any material, is responsible for it, so in case of theft, he must pay the price of the stolen material.
In any case, with the rental we include a high security lock, and we can give some recommendations, so that thieves do not spoil your ride.
