How old do I have to be to rent an electric bike?
Electric bicycles are only available to people over 14 years old. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in order to rent and use the bicycle.
When renting the bicycle, do we have to pay a deposit or insurance?
We have civil liability insurance, that is, it covers damage caused or caused by Rent a Bike material, but not personal injury or theft. You can request the insurance when you pick up the bike. The price is €8.
What happens if my bike is stolen?
The client, when renting the bicycle or any material, is responsible for it, so in case of theft, he must pay the price of the stolen material.
